TERMS & CONDITIONS
All products are sent via First Class Royal Mail. The P&P price does not include insurance or tracking cover. Should you wish to take out insurance or tracking on your parcel, this is at extra cost.
Should you wish to use an alternative Royal Mail service or another parcel courier, please contact me for pricing.
Royal Mail specify that most first class deliveries should arrive within 3-5 days but please note that I cannot enquire as to the whereabouts of a parcel until 14 days have elapsed. Proof of postage is obtained on dispatch.
Please order in sufficient time to allow for Royal Mail posting times, particularly at Christmas.
In the unlikely event your item does not arrive during this time frame, please check with your local sorting office or neighbours to ensure your parcel is not located there before contacting.
Oh, Abigail shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control (Force Majeure).
All items are wrapped considerably in appropriate materials and in the unlikely event of damages during transit you should contact me within 7 days of your package arriving.
You may be required to provide photographic evidence of damages.
Problems or Errors
In the unlikely event of a problem with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.
All customers will be asked to double check spellings and dates you give to me before work progresses. Any errors made as a result of not checking your information will incur a fee should I need to correct/repeat the order.
We undertake to exercise all reasonable precautions to keep information supplied by customers, such as addresses and phone numbers, strictly confidential. Any other information supplied to us may be stored on our computer system for our convenience, but will never be supplied to any outside agency.
